As the Director of Administration, this role is responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks on behalf of the Half Moon Bay Community Association. In this role, the board member is responsible for taking meeting minutes, scheduling Board meeting, and creating the agenda to be distributed. They will act as a support to the Executive Committee on maintaining documentation and aiding with member issues. In this capacity, the member's goal is to ensure regular Board meetings are managed effectively, discussions are captured, and that Board members are supported in the maintenance and sharing of all HMBCA related documentation.
