The HMBCA received news of a new plaza proposed for Greenbank.
The location of the Plaza will be in Half Moon Bay side of Greenbank and will serve the community with neighbourhood service related businesses (3802-3812 Greenbank Road at the Kilbirnie Intersection).
The developers have met with Jan Harder's office and appraised them about this proposed development and have received a very encouraging response. The Plaza will serve as a quick access point for all the neighbourhood needs for daily life. We are seeking your support in this development. A number of residents in that area were also contacted and they have shown their support for such a facility. The lands are zoned DR for now, but they are applying for a zoning change to Local Commercial. The consultants are FOTENN, Ottawa.
