Registration for the 2015 HMBCA Community Garage Sale is now open!

GarageSale-2015The 2015 HMBCA Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, May 30th! This is your chance to get rid of those unwanted items you've dug up during spring cleaning and put a little extra cash in your pocket.

Register your home!

As an HMBCA Member, you can login to our website and register your garage sale to be listed on the public garage sale page, and on the printed map that will be handed out the day of the sale. If you're not yet a member of the HMBCA, become a member now!

The rain date for the sale is Sunday, May 31st.

Website maintenance

This website will be undergoing maintenance work for the week of April 27th, therefore some instability is to be expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Registration opens soon

In a couple of weeks registration will open for HMBCA members to list their garage sale on our website and on a printed list and map for eager shoppers. The HMBCA takes care of all the advertising to make sure that the entire city knows we're open for business! The more homes that register and hold a garage sale, the more shoppers that we can attract.

Help clean up Half Moon Bay!

Where: Starting at our parks

The snow's gone, but it's revealed quite a mess! Join the HMBCA on Saturday, May 2nd to help clean up our parks and common areas as part of Tim Hortons Cleaning the Capital!

The focus in the morning will be our parks, followed by ditches and other common areas should time permit.

Attention High School Students

Getting out and helping clean up the community is a great way to collect Volunteer Hours. Please ask an HMBCA Team Captain to fill out your paperwork.

The Plan

Team Captains will be positioned in the following areas from 9am-10am for distribution of supplies like gloves and garbage bags:
